WEDENESDAY 5TH FEBRUARY 2025 - Postnet SE 8 Vanderbijlpark prices are ridiculous and staff is very unfriendly and arrogant!! To cut X3 A3 and X3 A4 laminated pages is R50 and to cut 100 pages is R100!!! And to top if of, the lady didnt even count how many pages i had initially and she just threw R50 at me!! Wen i asked her to explain the reasoning for such a vast price difference she cudnt and just insisted its the rules of Postnet. No thank you!! Id rather use my scissors or purchase my own cutter than be subjected to your rude and arrogant behaviour!!!
I highly recommend DRIP Footware at the Vaal Mall in Vanderbijlpark. The staff are super welcoming and friendly and offer efficient and excellent service. My family and I have been supporting DRIP Footware at the Vaal Mall since inception, and we will continue to support them. The product quality is great and extremely comfortable!! I would highly NOT recommend cancun spur in Meyerton. My family was dining in at 3:40 pm 4 September 2023. The waiter neglected to bring the full order for my children. I did not receive my meal still at 4:20 pm. Each time I queried, the waiter indicated that my meal was on its way. I eventually called for the manager - gareth rossouw who looked annoyed and frustrated, and indicated he would look into it. I requested my bill, saw gareth go to the kitchen, walk to his office and close his door, not returning, no apologies, and no explanation from gareth or any staff including my waiter who had vanished as well. There were only 2 couples in the entire restaurant!! Additionally the remainder of the staff operating the till were extremely rude, slow and inefficient. gareth you and your team are extremely disrepectful and have zero customer service and zero customer centricity!!! i will continue to share my horrid experience at cancun spur in meyerton. gareth, continue to remain in your tiny little world, as one can see that your house is in complete disorder and disarray!! Never have my family and I experienced such disrespect and disgusting service from any other Spur in South Africa.

I had requested a statement of my account from REX HOWES Insurance Brokers months ago. I have been with them for some time. Elaine van Bavel in marketing (WORKING UNDER SUPERVISION), obviously not knowing her job has been my insurance agent since inception with this company. These insurance brokers don't care about their clients as they take weeks to provide feedback and additionally are associated with highly questionable contractors. The amount owing to me due to an extra debit order has still not been reimbursed to me after months of telephone calls and emails. The feedback on my claim for my microwave was that I tampered with the electrical components!!! I am a SINGLE Mom of 3 and a professional. The accusations against me are unfounded and despicable. Please do not invest your insurance with REX HOWES. HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE people!!!! Now that I want to leave the brokers they do not want to reimburse me with MY OWN CASH. Know that you are *****ing the food from my children!!! I wonder how you sleep and live at all!!! How many clients are not questioning you and as a result being ****** by you!!!!
The call center, operators, and so called technicians at rescom are rude, selfish, and made me feel anything but an up to date paying customer. i called in tonight (18/04/2021) as my alarms were not activating. I had to call in three (X3) times and they kept on putting me through to the technicians who were sleeping and did not feel that it was important to answer the call!!!! when he finally answered it was clear to me, from the sound of his voice that he was asleep. its been disappointment after disappointment since i have joined rescom. i called to cancel with them and then the lady at the call center only showed some concern thereafter!!! this is extremely disappointing and i will never sign on with this incompetent excuse for a security entity ever again!!! rather go sleep rescom instead of making me and my family feel safe!!!
I chose my curtains and lining when I was at cassim collections 2 weeks ago. johanna is the person that assisted me. I had a strict budget to adhere to and made this clear to her many times. the lining that i chose was the R45/m and off white. however she had forgotten to add this to the receipt and i made payment. when i reached home I called to confirm my measurements for the curtains, it was then that she said that I had not paid for the lining. I indicated that the lining should be added to my bill. I collected my curtains today and was extremely upset and disappointed. johanna used the wrong lining which is white!!!!! and there was a distinct price difference, it was R56/m!!! I will not shop at cassims again. the ladies are unfriendly and rude and rush one into making a decision!!!! i would rather drive to Vereeniging rather than consider the convenience of cassims as that is all that they are!!!
Outsurance is a scam. they are slow or possibly really devious in delaying processes. Additionally i have had no claims since i joined but they continuously raise my premiums!! i have attempted to cancel my insurance however this process is frustrating at the least. I've tried to log into the Outsurance Portal however i cannot even with requesting new OTPs.
I was at Stonehaven on Sunday 1st September to celebrate My Moms Birthday. My Moms name and picture was requested by Magda Jordaan. I had sent the information and the picture through and had called to confirm receipt. Additionally I had booked a table close to the water and was informed that my table would be ready for me. However upon my arrival my Moms name and picture were absent on all accounts, not even on/at the boat with welcome signage. This is indeed very disappointing. Although My family and I were late for the cruise and we understand that the cruise was cut short, the attitude of the boat driver was less than admirable. He was unhappy, rude, and disrespectful to My Dad and Mom and did not say a single word during the entire 40 minutes!!! After the cruise to my further disappointment, there was no table with my Moms name and picture. I will not ever book with Stonehaven again. I am very disappointed considering the effort and cost that went into this time at Stonehaven. The attitude of the person driving the boat is not acceptable and the admin person requires lessons in customer service and building trust!!! I will not use your services in future and be sure to explore other avenues which there are numerous of. I might only be 1 customer to you but be assured that this is 1 significant customer!
I was scheduled to move on 21st March 2019. I had paid my deposit to Peter's transport and storage for a truck to remove my furniture to my new home and I texted Peter the night before to confirm that all was in order. The response was that they will be at my house the next morning at 8am. To my utter disappointment the company showed up with a small bakkie and trailer!!! the excuse was that there was a break down with the truck the previous night however they did not have the decency to inform me of the change. I was not going to risk my expensive furniture being damaged!! I have contacted Peter's transport various times for a refund and they refuse!!! i am disgusted by them and give them a 0 rating.
