Bad service, mic seling product

I'm not happy with a consultant Surname Msibi, I app**** for Fibre on the 21 March 2026.up until now I haven't received the router and people that are coming to install the Fibre.

The time when he was selling the product to me,he was calling me now and then after I accepted the offer,he is no longer to be found. I send emails he is not replying but before he was replying to me by calling me, sarong he received my emails.

I'm very disappointed on him.
