I'm not happy with a consultant Surname Msibi, I app**** for Fibre on the 21 March 2026.up until now I haven't received the router and people that are coming to install the Fibre. The time when he was selling the product to me,he was calling me now and then after I accepted the offer,he is no longer to be found. I send emails he is not replying but before he was replying to me by calling me, sarong he received my emails. He's emails addressed is sibiyat7@telkom.co.za. I'm very disappointed on him.
Bad service received from Ali nedbank personal loans collection this consultant can't listen to me he was busy arguing with me never give me advice. Bad experience.
I went to Mtn Evaton Mall branch to book my phone for repairs but when I got their I was assisted by a trainee. She said she can't assist the supervisor is off sick. I asked her to call for advice she said she can't do that. She called one of the consultants from the backoffice by Sibongile of which she gave me a bad service and she asked to go to the nearest branch, my nearest is Evaton. Even the first time I bought the I reported the bad service but it wasn't resolved till today by through manager. My number are 0670490609
Bad service received from one the home choice consultant, she called me in the morning regarding my account that is in errors an the way she was talking to me she never gave me a chance to explain my struggle to keep my account up to Date coz I was trying to explain to her how I was going to to pay my account an earlier received an also a call from home choice trying to explain she never gave me a chance was just rude not willing to listen an she even went saying should she drop the call. I told her please can you listen to me an she said she can't. This is uncalled for an unacceptable behavior from the consultant.
Not happy with TFG shops expecial Sportscene last year 21 January 202, i went to closed my account an I paid R2666.00 of which was the money I was owing. On Saturday 4 June 2022 I went to nearest shop (mall of Africa ) I found that my account is handed over to collection because was not been paid now im owing R97.00 which shocked me as i knew my account has been closed.
Still my case not resolved almost a month now, Dewald de wit the finance manager promised to call me till today, they installed tracker device in their Car, i never took/bought the Car they forced me to pay the fees of R1575.00.
Very disgusting service, I mean there is no sense of agency you need to wait an hour outside an when go inside 10 of their counter only 1 person assisting. Please nedbank value and respect our Time. Only the Gentleman on welcome area you could see he is willing to help but his is alone.
Bad service received from VW Germiston from Tshepo Lebuso, he install a tracker on the car that we couldn't agreed or sign an contract that I'm buying that car. Now there is running debit orders on my account this is fraudulent an im taking it far to ombudsman an I will open an Case of fraudulent in my account.
Bad service last week i lodged a complaint an they promised to phoned me back, even now still waiting. I bought a car they included Extras,vehicle tracking, Towbar and headlamp protector of which I don't have in my car. There is no Towbar in my car, this dealership Kempton park branch they Scam me.
