No service delivery and poor customer service
App**** for a consolidation and and signed on the 6th of February 2026. My debts have not been paid and I have not received my cash back. No feedback or communication from them. They are taking us for granted.

Reset technology solutions is a ****
Reset solutions is the worst company ever, they are very unprofessional they lie and giving people false hope promising to consolidate them and give cashback in 7 to 14 working days, but it's now a month since I signed a contract with them the is no update from them they not even replying to emails, anyone who still wants to do business with them must think twice this thing is a **** they take your money before they can help you

Reset solutions is the worst company ever, they are very unprofessional they lie and giving people false hope promising to consolidate them and give cashback in 7 to 14 working days, but it's now a month since I signed a contract with them the is no update from them they not even replying to emails, anyone who still wants to do business with them must think twice this thing is a **** they take your money before they can help you

"Warning: Reset Technology Solutions cancelled my debt consolidation contract without notice, despite promises made. Signed on 17 Feb, contract shows 'cancelled' in app. They claim settlement letters expired & want me to resing since two weeks now no update. Unprofessional & frustrating experience.today marks exactly full month but they promised 5 to 10 days #ResetTechnologySolutions #DebtConsolidation #Beware"

Non compliance
I have been trying to get a hold of reset without any luck and I am their client the phone is not being held by anyone and I send several emails without any help asking them for the proof of payment because they claim that they have paid some of my creditors which they didn’t but they included the money of that creditor in my credit with them
