Bad service and ***** company
This company is busy reaping off government employees charging them huge repayments on their consolidation loans. I requested for a settlement letter but it’s a struggle for the to provide it on time. You call endless times they don’t answer or provide the settlement letter,but during application surprisingly they were efficient.this company need to be investigated further it seems as it’s a pyramid scheme.0 replies

Poor and disgusting service ever
I paid my order on takealot on the 15th August up to this day I haven't received my items. I got an email from Lelethu stating that my order was sent to a wrong courier facility. I was promised that I will receive my order in 2-3 working days. Still there still nothing. I think now takealot is a ponsi scheme. I feel betrayed and their service is now poor. It will be the last time using this ****** irritating company.0 replies

Lack of communication and little dedication to complete my claim.
On the 14th of may I lodge a claim and its was approved 2 days later but I had to call in myself to get feedback. My car has been towed about 200km from where I'm staying. Friday on the 11th june the panelbeaters contacted me saying they are done with repairs. Then when they took the car for wheel alignment the report shows that the back axle need to be replaced. The same friday the request for the axle to be added as additional parts till this they miway has not issued or adviced the panelbeaters whether to replace the axle or not. I need my car because its over a month now.1 reply
