Unhappy owner

They were appointed 2 month's ago to manage our complex taking over from another trust which mismanaged the funds. Instead of going through the complex finances per unit to check who was not paying levies and held them accountable the entire complex has to pay for people who were not paying, suddenly without warning our water has been cut off. This is a violation of human rights.. Its actually inhuman
