Professional *****sters: Failure to refund deposit

Never deal with this agency, they don't communicate then also don't refund deposit and also claim deductions that aren't valid or charge exorbitant prices for simple fixes.

As you can see by other reviews this is how this company operates (I assume there sister company 1nine5 properties aswell). We vacated on 31 July 2025 and still haven't received a cent of our deposit today being 16 September 2025

At the same time the owner Barry Bester and his agent Jean-Claude think they are above the law or even just doing business in a decent manner is impossible for them.
