Brilliant Service not expected

I had a unit of Retractaline bought at Builders 4 - 5 years ago. The rotating unit on top of the line broke due to sun exposure over the years. I logged onto the website at ww.retractaline.com and explained my predicament to the person on their chat option. The person said they would send me another part. I received the new part free of charge and with no delivery fee. I did not expect this, but must say I will vouch for their after-sale service which is beyond exceptional. Thank you for saving me a pot of money as I would have had to buy a new unit should I not be able to get the part from you.
