Curves Boksburg decided to change their operating hours without giving any form of notice to their customers leaving some customers without the option of making use of the facility. When the customer now leaving the gym the gym still demands a month notice period. Pathetic and somewhat ********* I would say. You do not give notice, but expect that of your customers. Use caution when you sign up to this gym as they might just decide to cancel your gym slot. Bad attitude by the owner when coming to resolve this matter .
Been trying to get them to cancel sending my mother notices for my deceased brothers account. It is impossible to get them to respond / get someone to call you. Probably the most pathetic service I have received in my life.
I made use of payfast as a payment portal whereby I paid a company who did not deliver my goods nor were I receiving a refund. The response after me trying to recover my funds and resorting to payfast as my last resolve left me with "PayFast no longer facilitates payments for this company. As there is no resolution to this matter, it is your right to pursue legal action against the seller." Where possible I will not process any online transactions through Payfast as I do not feel protected as a consumer making use of their service.
Ordered my item beginning December, canceled in January and STILL waiting for my refund. One person states refund will happen one week then the other employee states they had FICA queries to sort out and I will be refunded with petty cash. This is a HOAX company and should be taken off the WEB. I do not believe anyone has received any item from them and believe these are ****k account to attempt to create some pathetic product confidence. I have handed the company over to Consumer Goods and Services Ombud. Failing this I will drive to the address and pay them a visit.
Ordered hardware from Mr Shopper early in December and eventually cancelled the order as they just don't deliver. I have now been waiting for weeks for the refund. They are absolutely pathetic - do not do business with them unless you are happy to be frustrated!!!
I believe this is a scam site I have ordered and paid for my item on the 8th December with deliver to take place 21 December, but to date I have received nothing. I have mailed them, called them and left numerous messages with no one getting back to me and me unable to make contact with anyone. Use extreme caution with this site
I am in the service industry and believe in good service, but your service is excellent!!! It is of the best service I have received. I had a jacket which zipper was damaged this was repaired and dealt with by people who are extremely efficient and professional. You have a brand and service centre to be be proud of. We are experiencing a high volume of support tickets and sometimes we may get back to you late. What is your order number and I will get someone from customer care to assist you. Should you prefer a refund kindly notify us and we will assist further. Still to date I have had no response.

I had a unit of Retractaline bought at Builders 4 - 5 years ago. The rotating unit on top of the line broke due to sun exposure over the years. I logged onto the website at ww.retractaline.com and explained my predicament to the person on their chat option. The person said they would send me another part. I received the new part free of charge and with no delivery fee. I did not expect this, but must say I will vouch for their after-sale service which is beyond exceptional. Thank you for saving me a pot of money as I would have had to buy a new unit should I not be able to get the part from you. Regards Chris Opperman
