Poor Quality

I purchased a replacement washing line end of May 2021, around October it started to break. Prior to this one, I used the same brand for over 4 years and it only started to break on the 4th year. The 2021 batch surely is not if the same quality as the previous ones. I would like a replacement as I do not want k spend more money on this product. I’ve s by pictures as requested in March and I haven’t received any response from Retractaline.
