Poor Customer service! BAD Attitude

"I went to Revive Wellness Spa for an SQT treatment, but unfortunately, it was done harshly, leaving me feeling traumatized. Despite knowing what to expect, this experience felt unprofessional and incorrect. Additionally, I was pressured into buying expensive products, with the claim that my results depended on them. When I raised my concerns, the owner dismissed them, defending her staff rather than addressing my experience. There was no apology or effort to make things right. I don't recommend this spa due to their lack of accountability and poor customer care."
