This is a follow up email to my initial experience. Despite the fact that revive holds no after sales service and refuses to take my experience into consideration..it has been almost 2 months since my SQT TREATMENT Which promises amazing results have failed yet again. Despite them scrubbing my skin and denying it, the SQT treatment did not deliver absolutely anything. I am left with highly ***mented skin which was not the case when I booked the treatment, though now my skin looks n feel terrible. I have broken out..****les..marks n over ***mented skin. They are absolutely ridiculous in their promises..as mentioned that my face was scrubbed I was left with sc**** marks as I went through the healing process. Extremely disappointed and do not recommend.

They don't even deserve 1 Star! *******s of note! Placed order in August and to date I have received nothing. Downloaded the tracking app AFTERSHIP! These are simply elements to sway us away. They are *******s n hou will never receive your goods. This website needs to be reported and shut down as nothing is true to its word. The details provided don't work..the whatsapp no. Gives no responses..PLEASE DONT BUY ANDVWASTE YOUR MONEY IRRSSPECTIVE OF WHAT THEY SAY. ALL LIES! CLOSE THIS WEBSITE DOWN!

Excellent service received from Jasmine. It is so hard to find people these days that actually know what they are doing, dealing with Jasmine was a great and effortless experience. Not responding to my 1st review should be an indication already as to after sales service, customer service and overall 0 rating that they received for every single aspect of this Resort!
True Racism at its Best! I purchased a pre booked self catering accomodation for 6 last weekend from Friday to Monday with which my family and I could only get to go from the saturday and return Sunday. I advised the lady I purchased this deal from that as it was a 6 sleeper please let Dikhololo know that there are 2 extra kids..age 7 and 12. I really did not think that it wud be an issue as it is free standing accomodation, so even with covide weare all safely apart from other homes. At the gate we were stopped and checked..I advised the lady at the gate that it has been arranged for 2 extra kids. After some time we were advised that no arrangements were made. I requested that she please seek permission. After much time..2 x cars one with kids, we were asked to leave as they could not make any arrangements for us. What??? What arrangements did we really need?? We just drove 2 hrs to get here, only to get turned away. I requested that they allow me to get inside so that I may speak to Manager or owner. After speaking to reception who blatantly said no sorry we cannot help I requested the manager.After some time again, the manager came I requested and he declined saying it their policies and rules so they are unable to accommodate me due to covid. Whilst I get the covid issue..the accomodation is free standing and far apart from each other..so what was the big deal?? He advised I book another accomodation to accomodate the 2 extra kids..lol.. n he only has a 4 sleeper at a ridiculous cost bringing my 1 night that I intended to stay a total of R6200..one night!! Even though I advised that I am booked from fri to Monday. I feel they were been absolutely unnecessary and non- accomodating for no reason. He definately could of attended to this issue as places like this accomodate for extra bed space..not that we needed any extra space at all..we were no risk to anyone as we all came from 1 house n finally got the 1st opportunity to take the kids out and this is what happens. Meanwhile..back at the gate where the other car had to wait whilst only I go in..the resort were letting cars in without been checked and counted as we were treated, hence my racist remark. Though I am glad I did not get in, there was over 1800 people there as advised by the manager when he so graciously and bluntly declined me. I guess everything happens for a reason and that's what I will go with though that was a 1st and last for Dhikololo! And on route back home. Another 2.hr drive..
