Defective Revlon Flex Mousse – No Product Dispensed
Dear Revlon Customer Service,
I recently purchased a can of Revlon Flex Mousse, and unfortunately, the product is defective. Despite multiple attempts, nothing comes out of the spout—there appears to be no air or pressure in the container.
I paid a premium price for this product and am very disappointed with the experience. I would appreciate a replacement or a refund for this faulty item.
I went onto the Revlon.co.za website several times to complain but their "Contact us" feature just gives an error.
I went onto the internatuinal website where i explauned that there is a problem on the Revlon SA website but I have up to date not received any response.
