Rude staff member at RFO Bt Ngebs

Horrible customer service at RFO Bt Ngebs mall. I saw an item that I liked and went to the fitting rooms to try it on. As I was fitting the item, one of the staff members rudely knocked at my fitting room door and told me that there is a queue and that I must get out. At first I thought it was one of the customers who was knocking as I never expected someone who works there to be the one doing that. This was not the first time experiencing bad service from the this store. TFG needs to do some proper customer service training on their staff to ensure that everyone gets a great shopping experience.
