I went to buy a black skirt ,it was marked down, when I greeted the guy he kept quiet,then he scanned my item & gave me a slip, when I ask him why didn't he ask for my Id number for rewards,he said to me,it's useless to ask for it bcoz it's on sale and it makes no difference,I asked him again thinking he'll change his statement but no ways he did not,I told him that it doesn't matter whether the item is on sale or not he should have asked me,he never apologized,I don't know maybe it's because we are in Alexandra,his service is very poor or maybe it's their TFG/RFO policy.

I was so disappointed today when I went to the RFO in Khayelitsha Mall.I wanted to cancel my laybuy and take one item.The cashier by the name of Thumeka told me to pay the whole amount first and come back the following day to cancel. When I spoke with the manager over the phone cz I was home already,she said there is no such thing,you can cancel whatever you want to cancel without making payment.I am not sure whether the lady was lazy to do the cancellation or what was going on? I was so disappointed and angry for wasting my money and time😡

This morning I walked into the RFO Cleary Park,the store looked amazing,smelled so clean and the merchandising and neatness of the stands stood out for me..I didn't buy anything but it was just the experience walking into a store looking like that. Well done team RFO Cleary Park keep up the good work it is indeed showing off.

This morning I walked into the RFO Cleary Park,the store looked amazing,smelled so clean and the merchandising and neatness of the stands stood out for me..I didn't buy anything but it was just the experience walking into a store looking like that. Horrible customer service at RFO Bt Ngebs mall. I saw an item that I liked and went to the fitting rooms to try it on. As I was fitting the item, one of the staff members rudely knocked at my fitting room door and told me that there is a queue and that I must get out. At first I thought it was one of the customers who was knocking as I never expected someone who works there to be the one doing that. This was not the first time experiencing bad service from the this store. TFG needs to do some proper customer service training on their staff to ensure that everyone gets a great shopping experience.

Good afternoon guys , I want to share my experience with Rfo Khayelitsha mall, I'm so disappointed with the service I received from the store . On the 30 Oct 2024 I bought Sandals black in colour but after an hour I went back to return and get my money back, unfortunately I could get what I want Because on their policies so I couldn't dispute that, so yesterday I was there to exchange with two dresses I loved but the lady called Simnikiwe instead of helping me out she made a fun showing all the customers on the line how dirty the shoes are where's no one wore those sandals and the shoes could tell it's self I wasn't wore by anyone of they we talking, so I left the till and show the three staff members in the store they say nothing wrong on shoe's she's just in a bad mood . So I left without exchange there . I'm not pleased with the service they gave me at all ... They advertised purposes and values for customers but they don't act as what written on paper, their service is poor needs a revemp , I felt like my loyalty as their customer and my right been jeopardize. The sanda have both tags not tear off and underneath the plastic that has been sticked is still there clean not even a piece on sand on it . I don't like it when people take their frustrations to customers , that's is bullying

Picked an item with priced R59.00, got to the till it charged me R98.00 when I asked about it I was told there's nothing they can do. The price has changed, they must have forgotten. This is not fair at all as I could've picked something else, only picked the item because of the price on the tag.

I visited Rfo in Wynberg main road on the 28/06/2024 where I was assisted by Thembela Fumba I picked a jersey on the clothings that had a marked down for R299 when I was at the counter where I was assisted by Thembela he told me the normal price for the jersey,which is I enquire why put it on a marked down but it's still on its original price.He was very rude to me telling me that who said it was marked down he proceeded moving from behind saying he wants to teach me proper English on how to read to understand.I asked why is he being rude to me what makes him think that I don't understand English,He was very irritated and angry the whole time demanding that I sign the slip.The coloured lady which I believe was a manager was there behind the counter with her daughter that I believe was 12years old who (daughter) was playing with the computer or the till next to Thembela said nothing while chuckling with another customer.She did not ask or try yo resolve the issue between me and the cashier/assistant.I felt like if he was not at work he would have physically attacked me the way he was angry.
