This is not the first time I'm complaining about pick n pay Alex mall, yesterday after work around 18:57 on the 09/03/26 I bought skinless chicken fillets that have expired,those fillets showed two colors, always on that meat section it's a problem, sometimes they put expired meat on the bottom fridge shelves and take the fresh one up the upper fridge shelve so that when we come,we take the expired ones,I don't know it is wether is a black community mall or they don't care about their customers,this is very sad,I sent them a message on their social media page yesterday,non response from pick n pay.
I went to buy a black skirt ,it was marked down, when I greeted the guy he kept quiet,then he scanned my item & gave me a slip, when I ask him why didn't he ask for my Id number for rewards,he said to me,it's useless to ask for it bcoz it's on sale and it makes no difference,I asked him again thinking he'll change his statement but no ways he did not,I told him that it doesn't matter whether the item is on sale or not he should have asked me,he never apologized,I don't know maybe it's because we are in Alexandra,his service is very poor or maybe it's their TFG/RFO policy.
I dropped my laptop for repair on the 05-01-26 the said they call me back, 19-01-26 yesterday I called the told me it was in for an assessment, they'll call me today before 13:00pm, today around 14:30 I called & I was put on hold ,now I want my laptop back ,they don't seem to care, please assist,job no 00060 ,I gave 5 last digits.

I'm writing on behalf of my neighbor ,she is an elder person ,she wanted to return refund shoes at ackerman alex mall, she has a receipt and those shoes were given to her daughter as a gift but she saw something better at the other store ,now they offered her a gift card she refused because she wanted a refund they denied her,yesterday they told her that they want 3munbers of the back of card they bought with which was a gift,now im on my way to ackermans alex mall to see the manager because the person who bought those shoes used debit card,i feel like because is not surbubs people are forced and taken advantage of,my number is 0842532537 Tshepiso.
Fair price Alex mall,On black Friday my granny bought wardrobe for R5100,it was never delivered so to the rude sales person told my granny the reason it was not delivered is because of the material is short,so my granny had to choose another wardrobe and a microwave to cover and equal that money,the exchange happed on the 1st dec 23,they told her its gonna be delivered monday the 4th dec,today we went to fair price to ask about the products we purchased not been delivered,they told us rudely that it will be delivered they are now sure when,Sonto was even laughing rudely,the other staff was sitting on couches minding the phones on the floor,my granny had to choose another wardrobe that she's not happy with to make their jobs easy,its like they ****med her coz the first sale was made on black Friday. On the 21 November 2023 my granny bought the sleeper couch worth R1600 after a week the legs of the couch where out and broken,the same Sonto told my granny that she can't help her,they don't cover legs and that she must make a plan,it's their policy,I feel like they **** clients their money coz if there's is no guarantee.
Royal Funeral Services, we had very bad experience with this company. A year ago I had to add a member under my policy. They asked me to bring ID documents for the member and which I did. On a monthly basis I was making sure the payment goes through. Never skipped a payment. Only to find out yesterday on the 26th of October 2022 that Royal never added that details of the member when we were filing the claim. They requested proof that I visited the branch to submit the documents. The Royal branch I’m referring is situated in Soshanguve Block TT. The consultant was so rude when trying to figure out what could have happened. I had to phone their head office and spoke to someone ( I forgot her name, but who also referred to herself as manager of that branch). She promised to come back to me within two to three hours to investigate. She never came back to me. My mother also went to probe on this issue , she found two more customers complaining about the same issue. Also, I realised that Royal never send any documents or contract to prove that i have policy with them even though there’re debit order from my account on monthly basis. I’m so frustrated regarding this whole thing. I can’t afford to bury the deceased due to bad experience from Royal. This means its my fault on an incompetent representative who did not do their job then their clients has to suffer, they don’t not take accountability of their actions. They do not value or sympathies with clients. They should have told us that we were not supposed to add extra members. I would have opted for another company. Bad service from Royal Funeral SA friend the deceased needs to be buried, they must check their cameras.
I booked at booking.com, Thorntor property they said I must pay 50% of accommodation money,I did pay R3500Zar at FNB Rosebank mall, before I pay we were communicating via email after I payed no one responded,now booking.com got hold of Thorntor property, they said they won't be able to accommodate us & booking.com says that I must look for another place & check in,when we come back we must email them the invoice,how can I book for an accomodation without my refund,I need my refund ASAP because the people that I'm going with know that on the 1st-3rd April will be on a weekend away,so I want my R3500 Asap.
I am at MallofAfrica sidestep want to change a size7 sneaker I bought for my child in November it's small,I don't have a receipt & the store manager innocent selinda rudely told me that if I don't have a receipt he can't change for me,I must go sell the sneaker to someone else, there is nothing he can do,he's not a magician then I left the store.
I bought 3outfits in December 2021 at Rosebank H&M,today I went to H&M MallofAfrica to exchange one outfit coz it doesn't fit me, so I wanted to exchange for another size,we spoke to Lebo,when I told them I lost my slip,they told me they can't change for me,that I have to remember the day I bought the clothes,I told them I bought in December cash,but I don't remember the day,they left me one by one, answering call & laughing,I don't know is it because I'm black or I'm a female,2manager came & listen to me & left.
