RGS are SCAM ARTISTS and NOT Customer Centric. They don't give a damn about their loyal customers!

What an absolutely DISGUSTING company. We purchased an RGS 1500 Puzzle to do to relax. Getting to the very last piece in the box, we realised there was a piece missing. As avid Puzzle Doers we are very careful around puzzle pieces. We have called, e-mailed and also tried through the agent we bought the puzzle from to contact RGS. They are ABSOLUTELY non-responsive and do not care. This attitude that the Customer DOES NOT MATTER is unacceptable. What a DISAPPOINTMENT! Every other reputable Puzzle Maker and Distributor has a guaranteed puzzle pieces replacement policy. RGS do not give a damn.
