HORRIBLE PLACE - BE CAREFUL

WHAT an attitude from a business owner.

Went onto their website for a quote. Advertises this wonderful new system, "No appointment needed".... "first of it's kind in the world and is surprisingly accurate" (note the grammar error). Submitted my pool dimensions and photo's, received the quote with the deposit requirements.

Not a word 2 days later.

Asked for my money back. Now Ryan Nesbitt is saying I never contacted him and decided to pay the deposit - he will refund with an admin fee deducted since I did not contact them and why must they incur the admin fee?

Wow......
