Rhino pools Umhlanga- Ryan Nesbitt
The owner Ryan Nesbitt, promised us a nice pool and took the first deposit of 75 thousand rand in Ballito and disappeared for a month. He said he was busy with some other project. After he brought some guys to start the foundation and he asked for more money. We did not want to pay because there was only digged hole in our garden and nothing else. He got very angry and said if we don’t pay the other half in full he won’t do the job and disappeared for forever. This extreme ****** Mr Ryan Nesbitt person. Be very careful…

Stay away from Rhyno pool..
What an attitude from the owner of Rhyno Pool, Ryan Nesbitt. Most unprofessional guy I have ever dealt with. And the worst job ever done. Just dumped his staff at the site, never came to check after. And the most untidy and dirty job is done at my pool. He asked for the balance, I Paid in full, after never finished the job and never came around again. Pool is leaking in a month and paint is pealing off. What a krook. Very upset…

Stay away from Rhyno pool..

Ran away with my money
Unfortunately after going on google reviews, I decided that Rhino Pools are the perfect choice to fibreglass my old marbelite pool. Paul arrived and immediately won me over. I paid the first deposit and work started on the Monday. I was promised a 2 week finish. At the end of week 2 the only thing done was the preparation work on the pool. Paul kept me up to date every day, but unfortunately every day came with excuses of why stuff aren't getting done. We decided on the paving in the first week. In week 3 I asked when the paving is getting delivered and was made another promise. Eventually everything came to a halt on Friday in week 3 when the workers sat all day waiting for supplies to carry on. Unfortunately by this time I already paid the second deposit. Paul arranged for the workers to come in on Saturday. The workers never pitched. Then I was told not to worry, Monday we'll have a full team finishing the job.Monday came and eventually Paul arrived, this time he was robbed at gunpoint while waiting for his workers. It was clear that his workers abandoned him, so I took matters seriously and asked Paul what was going on and where my paving is. He replied it has to paid so we can get it, but he had only a little bit of money (R2600) left out of R80k I already paid. I took him to the paving supplier and found that the paving was never paid with any of my deposits. Paul paid the R2600 for some of the paving and promised to pay the rest on Tuesday so I could get my paving. I decided to get another contractor to finish the pool and Paul agreed. He promised to be on site the next morning and to pay the outstanding paving money. Tuesday came and went, never saw him again. It is costing me R30k extra to get the pool finished and he just disappeared. Be careful when choosing your pool contractor, even those with good reviews sometimes decide to just bail on you. When I asked him where is all my money he replied he paid wages with it. That was yet another lie as his workers told me today they never got paid in 3 weeks and that was the reason they didn't show and abandoned him. He was waiting for money from another client to try finish my pool and I am sure he used my money to finish other pools. Stay away from this company and save yourself a lot of problems.

Excellent service
Rhino pools is truly the best pool company we have ever used, the guys are friendly and really know what they are doing. I would recommend Rhino Pools to any one. My pool is finally back to the way it used to be, thank you very much.

Excellent service
Rhino pools is truly the best pool company we have ever used, the guys are friendly and really know what they are doing. I would recommend Rhino Pools to any one. My pool is finally back to the way it used to be, thank you very much.

Bad service of RHINO POOLS
The problem is always the same.One does the correct thing to pay for services rendered.But if there is still a problem, you can't get them to fix it.The pool was fixed properly. But the leak at the pump area is still leaking.Im trying to get the people of RHINO POOLS since before Christmas 2021 to get the leak fixed.They fixed en left 2 other areas that's leaking.Trying to get the people to come and fix the leaks,seems to be an impossible task.I would not recommend them at all.Please DONT USE RHINO POOLS!!!!

Bad service of RHINO POOLS
The problem is always the same.One does the correct thing to pay for services rendered.But if there is still a problem, you can't get them to fix it.The pool was fixed properly. But the leak at the pump area is still leaking.Im trying to get the people of RHINO POOLS since before Christmas 2021 to get the leak fixed.They fixed en left 2 other areas that's leaking.Trying to get the people to come and fix the leaks,seems to be an impossible task.I would not recommend them at all.Please DONT USE RHINO POOLS!!!!

Very happy with the service - twice over
Used Rhino on two separate occassions: (1) to repair a length crack in the marbelite and convert to fibreglass; and (2) install solar heating system in a near-completely shaded pool. A pool is a black hole for money. At least you get a quality service from these guys. I did have to keep the guys on site in check a little in cleaning up after themselves, but my standards are not necessarily others' standards (OCD levels vary). Yet, they completed the job, cleaned up and my family finally have a usable pool again just in time for a long, hot summer. Thank you guys - I will recommend you to others.

HORRIBLE PLACE - BE CAREFUL
WHAT an attitude from a business owner. Went onto their website for a quote. Advertises this wonderful new system, "No appointment needed".... "first of it's kind in the world and is surprisingly accurate" (note the grammar error). Submitted my pool dimensions and photo's, received the quote with the deposit requirements. Not a word 2 days later. Asked for my money back. Now Ryan Nesbitt is saying I never contacted him and decided to pay the deposit - he will refund with an admin fee deducted since I did not contact them and why must they incur the admin fee? Wow......

Not recommended anymore.
Rhino pools refinished my pool fiberglass lining in June 2018 and delivered a satisfactory product. They were the obvious choice to do minor maintenance and install solar heating panels for the same pool in 2021. After Ryan’s team installed the solar heating panels, it was clear the panels created an air leak in the filtration system. Troubleshooting this issue, Ryan had the worst attitude pretending he is doing me a favour instead of performing the service I’m paying for. I only gave a 2-star rating instead of 1 because he eventually repaired the new pool solar heating he supplied & installed.

Rhino pools refinished my pool fiberglass lining in June 2018 and delivered a satisfactory product. They were the obvious choice to do minor maintenance and install solar heating panels for the same pool in 2021. After Ryan’s team installed the solar heating panels, it was clear the panels created an air leak in the filtration system. Troubleshooting this issue, Ryan had the worst attitude pretending he is doing me a favour instead of performing the service I’m paying for. I only gave a 2-star rating instead of 1 because he eventually repaired the new pool solar heating he supplied & installed.
