I have purchased previously from them. This time around i find good prices on Takealot for 2 flashlights. I order them. A Baton 4 at R1359 and a Baton Turbo at R1199. Order paid and confirmed. I wait about 4 days then receive a message that the Baton 4 is ready for collection but the Baton Turbo was cancelled due to “no stock” however, on the Takealot website they are still available but at R300 more, now. Also the same on the Torchsa Website. So, my assumption is do not trust them to honour the pricing they give to the public.
This must be the worst of the worst online shopping platforms available in our country. Placed an ordered on 28.11.2022. Nobody knows where the parcel is…***? Also, call customer services and you hold on for more than 30 minutes. That holding on is called “airtime”. Stay away from this company.
License disk renewal. Paid on 12 August and another R99 for delivery. Nothing recieved up to date. Checked online portal again and all of a sudden no records of me paying exists. Online with call center currently for 30 minutes. Also no replies to my mail. Pathetic! Everything in this country is turning into ****!
The branch in Centurion really provides bad service! I went there last week to buy some items that was advertised in their promotions leaflet. Only, to be told after driving 30km there and back, that, No, they do not keep those items. Although their HQ says that all branches must make sure they have stock of the items on the leaflet. With the price of fuel currently, that is really pathetic! Then their HQ called Infinity Brands only made an effort to contacy me more than a week later.
How does a company like this exist in RSA. Baf service does not even describe the problem. The whole "customet services" dept in PTa does not even answer their phones. When i call "customer service", they transfer me to them, and no one answers. Everyone, rather use Courier Guy...much better service
Poor delivery. I purchased an item from them. First and last time. Status updates came through. Them last Friday i get advised that the parcel will be shipped. Parcel was ready at 13h20. However, their courier company never collected the item from them. I sent a mail complaining about the fact that another workday wil now be lost. However no reply.
This must be the only company in the Telecomms industry, in SA, that is worse than Telkom! Service outage again in my area. "Reliable service", my ass. I lose money as my business is off line and i still have to pay the full monthly fee. ***?
i was under debt review up to October last year. All accounts have been paid up. However, Debtbusters cannot, up to a year later, provide me with a completion certificate. Everytime i contact them, they just make promises but nothing happens. What can i do next?
I contracted Rhino Pools to refurbish my Fibreglass lined pool that was 20 years old. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them..the work was done professionally and within the agreed timeframe. Thank you very much Ryan Nessbit.
Mr Meintjies is not be be dealt with. I contracted him to install a carport and paid R15k deposit. He was supposed to start at a specific and complete within 5 daya. Needless to say that he started and then the delays and excuses also started. About 4 weeks since starting i had 4 cross sections and one pillar done. Obviously we had an argument and i told him to stop. I heard afterwards that he does not have any cashflow and he was purposefully delaying the job so that he can get money from his other jobs. Anyway, deal with him at ypur own riak
