Selling faulty items

Can't rate your customer service , cause it does not exist. Sold me a faulty ups and it has been almost a year later and still no viable solution whatsoever from your company. This ups had been in your 'warehouse' for 'fixing' longer than in my house.

You guys honestly lost a loyal client.
