As a usual and loyal client of Ribben Office National Okavango / Cape Gate side well known company recommended by schools to provide stationary, I am very very disappointed. For the second year in a row I have delivery time issues. I did online order on the 19th Dec 2025. School starts tomorrow, still no sign of my order. And my fear is that they would come after all this waiting that they are out of stock with certain items.. this is what happened in 2024 as well. I will inform the school to not refer us to Office National.

What an utterly disgusting, stressful and disheartening experience. Order placed, online, and paid for on 20 December. No communication, no updates. Emailed them on 30 December and was advised I need to allow 7-10 working days. Followed up on 8 January - no response. Called 3 times, still no feedback and no returned call. Email received Saturday, order in progress. Monday 2 emails, 5 calls later, I receive 1 box delivered (my son started on 14 Jan). Still no indication that there is no stock. 14 Jan after about 15 calls and an email, no reply, decide to go to store (despite my order requesting delivery) at 4pm to be told stock arrived at 4.30pm only and that I store purchases got first preference over online as they get packed as people buy them in store. At 7pm, my feet hurt, back is sore, dealing with uninterested and annoyed staff, I finally get my daughter’s box. If I didn’t go my daughter would be sent to school with nothing. Worst experience ever. Lesson learnt. Parents don’t use them. There are much better providers who will not cause you this amount of stress.

Placed an online order for 2 stationery boxes on 3 January 2025. Order confirmed as processed by Cindy-Ann Potgieter on 6 January 2025. I tried following up on the delivery since 8 January and school is starting tomorrow, 15 January and my kids have NO STATIONERY! Useless people and sales staff. They are logistically *********** if they cannot process something as simple as a stationery box. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM IN ANY CAPACITY!

After a frustrating experience, I went back to the Brackenfell storeagain yesterday and I was assisted by Lindi. She stayed even when the store had closed to make sure I have all my stationery. I'm very happy with her service.

worst service ever...placed onlibe ordee 21 Dec 2023 for stationery....guess what school opened still havent receoved order sent email was told someone will call to assist waited for the call for days. I requested recund on the 17th Jan 2024 and Anja the Bookkeper has been tellibg me it will be processed and im still waiting. I will never recommend anyone to them because they are useless and ******

Can't rate your customer service , cause it does not exist. Sold me a faulty ups and it has been almost a year later and still no viable solution whatsoever from your company. This ups had been in your 'warehouse' for 'fixing' longer than in my house. You guys honestly lost a loyal client.

Het n inverter en battery by hulle gekoop op 29 September 2022. Eers dae gesukkel om alarm van Inverter af te skakel. Nou na n paar maande besluit die battery, so lyk dit, om net 45min te hou na krag af is. Wys egter nog 5ure oor. As krag aankom is battery dadelik vol. Kry geen hulp of ondersteuning van hulle of hulle verskaffer nie. Nuttelose produk wat baie geld gekos het.
