As a usual and loyal client of Ribben Office National Okavango / Cape Gate side well known company recommended by schools to provide stationary, I am very very disappointed. For the second year in a row I have delivery time issues. I did online order on the 19th Dec 2025. School starts tomorrow, still no sign of my order. And my fear is that they would come after all this waiting that they are out of stock with certain items.. this is what happened in 2024 as well. I will inform the school to not refer us to Office National.
Hi. Please tell me how long an Annuity TwoPot claim takes . Is 21 working days normal time frame. And is it okay for Administrators to get agitated or unfriendly when members call in to follow up? I think the capacity and volumes are no longer acceptable excuses.
Hi. I would like to know the payment time frame for two pot claims on Annuity policies. Well, I have submitted my claim on 8 October. I was told ,by an agitated consultant or administrator that it should take 21 workings days due to volumes and that payment will be finalised by the 4th November. I followed up on the 6th Nov and the claim process has not commenced.I called the 7th and again and was told by a later starting to get irritated ,administrator and after I had to confirm all details again for "updation" that tax has been app**** for the 6th and SARS takes 3 days to respond.I just want to know why using the volumes and capacity card still as an excuse for delays. I am sure a company such as Sanlam had all measures in tact ,knowing the volumes in claims ,TwoPot will create? Thanks
App**** for new contract on 14 Dec 2023. Successful and parcel on it's way. Just that it never reached me, due to address captured incorrectly by Consultant. Parcel was returned and cancelled on Vodacom side, without informing me. When I followed up. No one could assist with re-delivery or re-activation. Another vetting was done by the 13th agent I was referred to.. only to found out this was declined, due to duplicate application. And agent shouldn't have done another vetting as now I cannot get the contract at all. Now I have a cancellation and declined status resulting in no purchase... How the hell does this happen without any consent of the client? Worse part all agents make as if they know what they talking about.. only to find out that they actually don't... So after all this... I realised why i took so long to consider taking out another contract with Vodacom

Vodacom, please! I need you to contact the credit bureau and request to be removed from my credit record! How difficult can that be? Refrain from sending me paid up letters and telling me that you have contacted the bureau, when you did not.?As the account is till reflecting! It has been 2years now?

Homechoice has really dissapointed me.There are too much hidden amounts in the transactions. i have bought goods for less then R2600 but my bill is over R5000 and my credit granted was on R3000? An organised person has a budget but with Homechoice this is impossible. I understand interest accumalations, but as far as my knowledge a 6 month option plan is interest free. I dont think us average salary earned people can afford Homechoice for the mere fact of this add on's and extra costs.Returning of goods are also a hassle because of the technicalities, after waiting for almost one month for the goods.All online orders and delivery costs for other Retailers are transparent. But with Homechoice it is not the case. I will just pay my bill from now on and close this account as soon as possible. People rather buy your stuff at a Mr Price Home-you will not be dissapointed or shocked when you received your bill!!! From a first time, bad experience and unhappy client.
I just dont understand how come you can never get hold the consultants of Vodacom. I just need somebody,anybody to help me get an account that has been paid up two years back,even the vodacom cellphone has been given to another user- Please take it off my name and credit record!!!!!!! I have finally received the paid up letter.
