I had a wonderful experience with Webuycars, and I can’t recommend Tim Steyn highly enough. From the moment I arrived, Tim was incredibly inviting and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. His knowledge and expertise really stood out — he took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience and confidence. He was genuinely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well looked after. If you’re looking for a car and want someone you can truly trust, I would happily point you in Tim’s direction without hesitation.
If I could give zero stars I would. This is a **** of a site. Struggling to withdraw my money , I read on Facebook this is how they operate.
The only reason for one star is because you cant give zero. Spent Christmas sick due to my kfc order containing FLY EGGS. No help from them. Pathetic. I have
I would like to review not one but 2 of your stores I recently visited. First one , PNA N1 City Never is a long time but I will never set my foot in that store ever again. Other than the fact that since the moment I walked in I was constantly interrupted by one of your employees walking in front of me (easily 15 times in 5minutes) , this was just before closing time , no other customers in the shop so no need to constantly move in front of me as he could have made my shopping experience better by just walking around me so I could actually see what you have , I was also watched like a hawk as if I was gonna take something. They did not even try to hide the fact that they were watching me , I honestly have never felt so invaded as at that time in a store. Second shop , Haasendal PNA Oh don't even get me started there. I take it the caucasian lady is the store manager , what a bad attitude , not once but a few times I went home to tell my boyfriend about how rude she is. I was shopping there a few days ago , just before closing time ( I know I left the shop around 18:05 ) I would like to firstly point out that I wear my airpods when I am in public to calm my extreme anxiety , this obviously made your employees think that I can't hear anything (my music is super soft to still be aware of my surroundings) I was looking for something specific when I heard one of your employees trying to make fun of me assuming I can't hear anything... The "joke" that he made was about me still being in the shop at 18:00 and for me to get out as they obviously wanted to leave.. I felt so flabbergasted at that moment I almost started crying... Making an "alarm sound" with a loud/shouting "announcement" to please get done... If this is how you treat customers then I will honestly never support you again...
Had been waiting to hear from this company since 28th of June. Never got back to me in regards with a faulty Mecer ups . Thank you so much for your amazing service......NOT!!!!!!
Can't rate your customer service , cause it does not exist. Sold me a faulty ups and it has been almost a year later and still no viable solution whatsoever from your company. This ups had been in your 'warehouse' for 'fixing' longer than in my house. You guys honestly lost a loyal client.
Absolutely disgraceful company , service and products. Since reading the reviews on facebook I saw that we are not the only customers complaining about the faulty products this company sells and when it comes to fixing the problem either you wait forever , get the product back with the same problems or the product comes back worse. No man , be better , I grew up with Mecer products in our house but will never support this company again. Does not even have the decency to reply on the reviews on Facebook. We bought a Mecer 2000v ups and that thing has been in for "repairs" 90% of the time since we purchased it(BRAND NEW) step up your game Mecer/Mustek or step out of business please
Bought a Mecer ups last year September , the machine however has been in the warehouse longer than in our house. The machine has been booked in 4/5 times already since the purchase and not once was it actually fixed so the problem persists. No man Mecer , please step up your game with better products and beter service.
******ion of money. 1 day apart & a R1900 difference FOR LESS product. If I could have given 0 stars I would opt for that. I will make this known on all platforms as my comment on this keeps on getting deleted.
Pathetic service after 2 attempts for loan (was approved) I need to re-apply as FNB took to long (10 days) , been struggling with this issue for almost a month now. Now reply ons emails , calls or messages.
