Pathetic service delivery, zero customer service

I ordered stationary early Dec 2024, they received payment 2024, person i dealt with went on maternity leave, numerous emails and calls to office nation, on 16 Jan 2025 received stationary worth R200, however my order was R3000. I was promised the rest of the items as they out of stock and will be ordered, follow-ups and call at last they confirm that they will rather refund beginning of February, still awaiting it's been 3 weeks staff never available , off sick , out of office, to date no refund and the creditor is off sick , pathetic service, I should've, zero customer service, useless staff
