CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE! THEY INSINUATED THAT IM STUPID!

Thanks a lot to their wonderful support team who told me i still need to wager R8600 to get my money ,as their system is not working i need to ask customer service so i did and completed the wagered requirement as per DWAYNE from customer service, NOW HE TELLS ME BUT ONLY 25% OF MY WAGERED AMOUNT WILL GO TOWARDS CONTRIBUTING TO THE REQUIREMENTS, THEN HE INSULTED ME BY INSINUATING THAT IM STUPID. I LOST MY MONEY AND MY RESPECT - "RICH CASINO" WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN!
