The rich casino online cheat me with my R8000
Good dear people i pay rich casino online they refuse to pay my money saying the have revoked my withdraw for R8000 ,when you play the accept you to the games but when it comes to withdraw the don't wanted to pay please be alert for this rich casino online please, Please HelloPeter do something about !!

Rich casino is a waste of time and money...
I am utterly disgusted with this casino, they are quick to take your money but sly to pay you out. I requested a withdrawal on the 30 Jan 2021, and was told that it takes 5 working days to pay out, i waited 5 days, on the 5th day they canceled my withdrawal. When I requested as to why it was canceled they asked for me to send a screenshot of my skrill account which was done when I requested the withdrawal, thereafter they said that I should re-submit my withdrawal and wait 5 work g days to be paid... They canceled my withdrawal on their side yet all my documentation was in order and now want me to wait another week... I then Sent them a mail complaining that it's not fair for me to wait another week for an oversight from their side... After numerous emails there is still no reply from them... People don't waste you time with Rich Casino, unhelpful with too many clause that make you end up losing out... Pathetic really...

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME....
Simple and straight to the point, DON'T EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS CASINO AND ALL THE OTHERS IN THE THE SAME GROUP. Really really pathetic casino with no benefit for players what so ever. Firstly, you need to deposit minimum R350 to play. The games are so dead, you might as well donate the money to them. Secondly,, they have no game providers that are actually worthwhile playing. I've been with them for 3years and have yet to win a thing. I'm extremely disgusted at how online casinos have changed In the last 5years,from being honest and fair to unethical practices. Word of advise, if you play regularly at a casino and havnt won anything in the last year, then forget about that casino. Gambling is supposed to give players at least a small chance of winning, but if your chances are less than 10%, is it really a chance.

Rich casino, only the casino stays rich
Very fast to take your money, but not eager at al to pay out your winnings, I have been struggling for more than 2 week to get my winnings paid to me, you request a withdrawal, then 5 working days later you have to enquire why the money has not been paid out, they then tell you that you need to submit a form and then again 5 working days later again you see payment request has been canceled when you enquire you are told to submit yet another form, which I did but now im forced to print it fill it by hand and then take a photo and email it back

Thanks a lot to their wonderful support team who told me i still need to wager R8600 to get my money ,as their system is not working i need to ask customer service so i did and completed the wagered requirement as per DWAYNE from customer service, NOW HE TELLS ME BUT ONLY 25% OF MY WAGERED AMOUNT WILL GO TOWARDS CONTRIBUTING TO THE REQUIREMENTS, THEN HE INSULTED ME BY INSINUATING THAT IM STUPID. I LOST MY MONEY AND MY RESPECT - "RICH CASINO" WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN!

Be careful its a SCAM
I deposited the first amount bonus was awarded with free spins. I was told I have to play 35 times for 7 days before I can withdraw. after 7 days I was told I need to submit FICA documents I did but unfortunately the balance was 00 how I do not know. I deposited another money using different bank card same procedure I won attempted to withdraw but I was told i need to submit security form that shows the bank account belongs to me.........after all was done They took all my winnings they told me I was playing high amount that is why I won even my balance was cleared
