On 11 February 2026 at around 19:32, I purchased food (slip number 3382). The other day I bought food and water I discovered that the water container was leaking, Yesterday the food was off and smelled rotten. This was disappointing, especially for items meant for immediate consumption. I hope the store improves its quality this is seriously disgusting..
My truck was hit by an ABSA-insured driver who failed to stop at a stop sign. ABSA sent me to PSG Insure, who then sent the matter to VF Attorneys. After months of delays, VF Attorneys rejected my claim for an irrelevant reason, saying I didn’t prove the vehicle purchase. This is false — I submitted my CIPC documents, the purchase agreement, and the vehicle is clearly branded with my company name. All required documents were provided multiple times. ABSA’s insured caused the accident, yet I am the one suffering huge losses while my truck stands unrepaired. I am requesting an urgent review and reversal of this unfair rejection.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Standard Bank. My R700 was deducted, yet it was never allocated anywhere. I have been following up repeatedly, but no one can explain what happened to my money. To make matters worse, the account that was linked to my profile was sold to another company, and that company has confirmed that they never received any payment from me. So where did my money go?
My policy was cancelled due to an early claim. At that time, I was advised that my premium and the related bank fees from the reversed debit orders (processed after the cancellation) would be refunded. However, to date, I have not received the refund.
I have been a MiWay client for over three years. Due to other business challenges, I recently separated some of my policies. While I was still adjusting to these changes, an incident occurred involving my vehicle. MiWay declined to assist me on the basis of my current policy, despite my request that they consider my long-standing history and the fact that this same vehicle had been insured under my MiWay policy previously. I then attempted to claim from the third-party insurer (PSG Insure), whose client was at fault in the incident. However, PSG Insure has delayed the process and taken me “from pillar to post,” seemingly taking advantage of the fact that my own insurer has not intervened. I also tried to make use of my Business Assist benefits but was informed my request was rejected. I would appreciate it if MiWay could review this matter urgently and consider my longstanding relationship and previous cover on the same vehicle. I would also like clear guidance on how I can proceed to recover my losses from the third party, since I am caught between two insurers.
Twice I found myself at cash converters bagging for a loan against my cell phone and a laptop, one thing for sure, they don't care about customers all they wish is to make more profit by selling our goods. Cash crusader is the best, they sent me notification reminder, they give online options to extend payment if you are far from their office.

No communication after, PSG insure is KILLING MY BUSINESS, I lost R400,000 plus in July and August. last week calls were dropped yestarday I was left on hold for 21 minutes, PSG IS ignoring my claim.
