Rich casino is a waste of time and money...

I am utterly disgusted with this casino, they are quick to take your money but sly to pay you out. I requested a withdrawal on the 30 Jan 2021, and was told that it takes 5 working days to pay out, i waited 5 days, on the 5th day they canceled my withdrawal. When I requested as to why it was canceled they asked for me to send a screenshot of my skrill account which was done when I requested the withdrawal, thereafter they said that I should re-submit my withdrawal and wait 5 work g days to be paid... They canceled my withdrawal on their side yet all my documentation was in order and now want me to wait another week... I then Sent them a mail complaining that it's not fair for me to wait another week for an oversight from their side... After numerous emails there is still no reply from them...

People don't waste you time with Rich Casino, unhelpful with too many clause that make you end up losing out...

Pathetic really...
