Disrespectful receptionist

I'm an events planner therfore I always refer my customers to hire the Vanue's at Rietvlie zoo. But trust me, everytime I do my events there I get bad customer service from the 2 receptionist by the name of Anisha and Winnie. What they did on Sunday was the worsed and I will never ever refer my customers there or event do events there. They broke my heart in to peaces and I don't think I will ever get through this. Those two ladies has no customer experience, they disrespectful and they are very undermining. I don't ever want to see that place
