I took out a funeral policy online in 2006 and trying to get hold of this company has been a nightmare. I recently list my sister and requested a certificate with a list of the members covered on the policy, but with no joy. I sent njmerous emails requesting the information with no response from them. I even tried calling the number provided on google search with no luck as the voicemail say an error detected when dialing the number, but they are still debiting my account with R147 every month. I'm very concerned as it look like they none existent. Please i need helo in getting hold of them as this is alot of money that i paid over the years if calculated.
