Inefficient and sky high billing
I was billed which I believe it was over billing, I requested water readings as prove of the amount that reflects on my statement. Leilane told me they have requested a statement for me which to date I haven’t received. The over billing was for October to my surprise in November it went sky up again and I have been following up on my request with no help from the company.
I am not determined to pay for something I don’t know thus I requested for the readings. In a nutshell, this company has been a nightmare for me and unreliable. Doing business with Rise has been difficult and unfruitful.

Thank you for raising your concerns. I would like to clarify that the water meters for your property are read by an external service provider appointed by the trustees. They supply us with the readings, which form the basis of the billing. This is the extent of our involvement in the process.
As Leilane has explained, we requested the photo of the meter reading from the service provider and will share it with you as soon as we receive it. She has also kept you informed through multiple emails, explaining that we are still awaiting their response.
While we understand your frustration, we must note that the metering company operates independently from us, and we are reliant on their cooperation to provide the information you’ve requested.
