Outstanding Licence Paperwork - No response
I bought a vehicle from River End Motor Vehicle Brokers in November last year for my wife.<br> There seems to be have been issues with the previous owner. But Riverend indicated that they have the licencing papers now.<br> <br> Its 2 months later and I still do not have the license to this vehicle. I paid in full. The license on the car is also expired. My wife will get fines for this. I have begged them in the last 2 weeks daily for the paperwork. They say its with another branch in Pretoria getting it sorted. I paid them more than R3k for the licencing. I am still waiting.<br> <br> They always seem to come up with some story. I have been very patient with them.<br> <br> I am not asking for much. I'm just asking for the licensing papers that should be rightfully ours..

Owing of license fee money
We bought a Jeep from river end vehicle brokers. After receiving the jeep we battle to get the license as there were outstanding license fees. After the previous owner settle it in full, we went and pay for the license because the license expired. We send the costs to helen because we have already paid over to them R1900 for registration and lisense fees. Up to date we are only getting promises and not our money back. There are also parts of the roof that they still need to deliver to us.

We were looking for a Ford Ranger 3.2 D/Cab. River End Vehicle Brokers had one advertised on Automart. I replied on the add, within 20 minutes I received a call from Anton. He described the Bakkie to me, send more pictures. We with an application for a pre-approval.One hour later I got a call from River End with approval.Anton assured me that the Bakkie was in excellent condition with Full service history, No accident Damage. I asked him when can we collect, He told me that they will deliver on my doorstep. I signed the Bank contact online. The next day our receptionist at my office called me and said Anton is here. I was surprised because I did not expect him. With a great smile he took me outside. My Bakkie was right there, Licensed on my name, Clean as a whistle, New Tyres, Looks Brand new. One of my colleagues was so impressed with the Great Service , and the fact that I saw my Bakkie for the first time on delivery, He also asked Anton to find him a Toyota Hilux 3. D4D.I recommend River End Vehicle Brokers. They WALK THE EXTRA MILE.
