Riverside Vets Clinic The Best!
I have had the best experience at the Riverside Vet Clinic when I took in my tabby cat for a check up, as she was not eating her food. The staff were extremely helful and caring, so too was the vet. Their rates were reasonable too. 1 weeks later, my tabby is much better thanks to them. Thanks team! #SupportLocal

Riverside Vets Clinic The Best!
I have had the best experience at the Riverside Vet Clinic when I took in my tabby cat for a check up, as she was not eating her food. The staff were extremely helful and caring, so too was the vet. Their rates were reasonable too. 1 weeks later, my tabby is much better thanks to them. Thanks team! #SupportLocal

worst customer service
I contacted the Riverside Veterinary Clinic in Durban to make an appointment to have my dog vaccinated. I was informed that there was a cancellation and the receptionist requested my name and my dog's name. I was informed that the appointment could not be made at the time, and the receptionist said she would call me back. The receptionist did not call me back. Subsequently I contacted the clinic a few hours later, and the receptionist (probably a different one) informed me that the cancellation had been booked by someone else and that she was not the person I had spoken to earlier. Her tone of voice was insensitive, belligerent and not customer friendly. I have taken my dog to the same clinic many times previously and I have not experienced similar customer unfriendliness before. I made a booking at the Windermere veterinary clinic instead, and found the receptionist to be more friendly. My request is for Durbanites not to support businesses which have forgotten about customer friendliness and who do not treat people of all colors equitably.

Best Vet Ever!
I have had the privilege of being a client of Riverside Veterinary Clinic in Main Road, Rondebosch (Western Cape) for over 30 years. In fact, I drive over 220 kms round trip to take my fur children to this veterinary practice because of the most caring, professional and outstanding service I have enjoyed for over three decades. There is no better! Hats of the Dr Kitley and his staff for always going the extra mile and the very best attitude ever!

Best Vet Ever!

Worst service ever
Took my dog in for a grooming. More than 4 hours later and after a phone call he was still not ready. When I finally went to pick him up he was clipped incorrectly forcing me to hang around even though I had important work appointments. When I asked for a discount I was rudely told the work had already been done. This place is overpriced and has crummy service.

the best vet ever
I had taken my dog to the Riverside Veterinary clinic in Durban North my dog had a terrible experience with her previous vet in Mount Edgecom Vet upon arrival to riverside the vet had advised me that her leg could not be saved she needed to amputate it ever since we had stepped in there every1 was so kind and pleasant the vet totally understood my situtation and that my dog needed immediate care the scheduled for the op on monday i was not able to bring my dog in on monday so she had agreed to meet me on sunday and went that extra mile as the vet was closed on sunday they had taken such good care of my dog kept me updated all the time i have never experienced such good service at any vet before i am the owner of 4 dogs and have had my days with many vets though i would like to sincerely thank the RIVERSIDE VETERINARY CLINIC FOR THEIR EXCELLENT SERVICE my dog is back home after the op and is doing well you guys are the BEST they even gave my dog a GET WELL SOON CARD how sweet is that i HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TOO ALL PET OWNERS REASONABLE PRICES AND THE BEST SERVICE DELIVERY THUS FAR I INTEND ON TAKING ALL 4 OF MY DOGS THERE THANKS KERRY AND LINDA MAY GOB BLESS YOU BOTH
