Riviera Resort - Super Friendly & Efficient Service

I called a few days in advance to confirm my booking at Riviera Suites. The front desk person by the name of Leslie Ann informed me that she cannot check for me as the system was offline because of load shedding, but once the system is back up again, she promised that she will call me back and confirm. Not long after Leslie did call me back and confirmed that I was allocated a room with street view, just like I requested. I greatly appreciated Leslie's competence, friendly service and being such a wonderful person. Throughout our stay she always said hallo and asked if we enjoying our stay and to let her know if there is anything she can do to assist.
