I called a few days in advance to confirm my booking at Riviera Suites. The front desk person by the name of Leslie Ann informed me that she cannot check for me as the system was offline because of load shedding, but once the system is back up again, she promised that she will call me back and confirm. Not long after Leslie did call me back and confirmed that I was allocated a room with street view, just like I requested. I greatly appreciated Leslie's competence, friendly service and being such a wonderful person. Throughout our stay she always said hallo and asked if we enjoying our stay and to let her know if there is anything she can do to assist. Thank you so much Rudi van Niekerk
I received my first vaccination at the Paarl East T C Newman Memorial Hospital. Professional and very friendly service. Clean and efficient. Well done to all of you . What a pleasant experience. I told everyone about my great experience. Thank you for making my day.
I recently installed a new geyser and experienced that when the geyser was switched off at the main electricity supply, that the water was still hot after two days. I was alone and being in the Western Cape, I do not take long showers. I called Kwikot to confirm that this is normal. I made a telephone call to the Inland Division in Benoni, on Thursday, 4th March 2021, the reception put me through to Fred (He never gave me his last name), He explained to me that is possible. During our conversation my airtime ran out and I was cut off. Fred called me back on WhatsApp to continue our conversation. We also discussed the valves and reasons why my geyser is overflowing. The next morning, I had another question and this time I just sent Fred a WhatsApp message. He then again called me back on WhatsApp, using his personal data. I have not had such excellent service in a very long time. I want to thank Fred for his exceptional Customer Service.
Tried to log on the DSTV website, with no luck. I cannot get hold of a person to find out if they have issues on their web site When i try to log on it just goes nowhere. Their WhatApp service is for **** as i cannot chat to a real person.
Shopped at Pick n Pay in Paarl Mall, Paarl, on Thursday, 28 September 2017. Upon check out I was informed that I cannot redeem my smart shopper vouchers as the smart shopper system was off line, not so smart I presume? This is not my problem, I had to purchase all products which were eligible for discount at the normal price. I don't care whether they still let me earn points, what about my discounted prices? I want my voucher discount.
