******* COLLUSION BETWEEN HOTEL & ONLINE BOOKING SERVICES

BOOKING ID: 542652407. I Arrived at night on 27 May 2025with an agoda.com booking, unfortunately the agoda system booked wrong dates for 02 June(system glitch which I feel is deliberate because they benefit from this) I then did cancellation in front desk & re-did another booking immediately, now I am aware of the system reverting to default dates before booking, I douoble clicked correct date, booked...since its first time using agoda, I asked reception they did not seem to know much except that they only receive booking confirmation after 10 mins of booking. Waited 10 mins they finally received the confirmation...the following morning I am told my booking does not include breakfast???????????why tell me now when I have booked via agoda? i would've paid directly if I knew, as if thats not enough, now agoda is telling me road lodge is refusing with my refund???????really???????this is a massive collusion betweent this hotelier and this stinking online ******** syndicate.... I would never advise anybody use this hotelier, terrible tiny rooms btw with irons stuck on ironing board on passage, old formula1 feels like Hilton. I WANT MY REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!
