LITERALLY TURNED AWAY BY RECEPTIONIST
Terrible terrible terrible, horrific first time experience....was having meeting, called earlier to check your what time the coffee shop closes, then referred friend to sleep there, scheduled my meeting there...😬the Indian lady receptionist told me they don't allow outsiders to use their coffee shop... told them my friend's coming and he'll book and sleep here hence we decided on the venue, she still insisted no room number no using coffee shop. Never had such horrific rude experience ever 😬🙆🏾😤🤮

Opened card for my underage son, linked everything to the mother... Boom, very same night getting debits😬🙆🏾 really 🙄 How's any transactions happening without parental authorization despite the mother cellphone being authorization for pin and OTP.. Utterly useless, non-existent security measures

Most useless Bank... actually nit bank just dumb card issuing company 🙆🏾 couldn't register online, app gave errors, consultants can't fix... There's no bank here🤞🏾 just lame duck excuse for adding another card on pocket... Don't even bother!!!!!!!

CANNOT ACCESS APP,CANNOT GET ASSISTANCE!!!
had this account almost decade..never used it except as pnp card, then I downloaded the app, app refuses to open because there error with selfie, called call centre asked stupid easy questions....all very easy to answer because I have never used account boom, I'm told computer does not allow access for call centre agent Thembi Ntuli to assist because I answered wrong...what utter garbage is this???? I have never used this account, I am trying to use it boom, some system tells me I am not me, therefore I cannot get assisted...really??????? utterly useless...no branch makes sense because they'll be queue fighting this *****! this garbage is useless!!!! utterly useless timewaste

My wife bought new battery for R500 last year Jan, this year it's completely finished. They're refusing to even do discount... This company sells lousy, redone batteries. It's a ****! 😡🤬 DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

******* COLLUSION BETWEEN HOTEL & ONLINE BOOKING SERVICES
BOOKING ID: 542652407. I Arrived at night on 27 May 2025with an agoda.com booking, unfortunately the agoda system booked wrong dates for 02 June(system glitch which I feel is deliberate because they benefit from this) I then did cancellation in front desk & re-did another booking immediately, now I am aware of the system reverting to default dates before booking, I douoble clicked correct date, booked...since its first time using agoda, I asked reception they did not seem to know much except that they only receive booking confirmation after 10 mins of booking. Waited 10 mins they finally received the confirmation...the following morning I am told my booking does not include breakfast???????????why tell me now when I have booked via agoda? i would've paid directly if I knew, as if thats not enough, now agoda is telling me road lodge is refusing with my refund???????really???????this is a massive collusion betweent this hotelier and this stinking online ******** syndicate.... I would never advise anybody use this hotelier, terrible tiny rooms btw with irons stuck on ironing board on passage, old formula1 feels like Hilton. I WANT MY REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!

NO REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS
I did online booking via cellphone, picked the dates.. Just before bookin your system auto reverted to default dates.... I arrived at hotel for frustrated & I then canceled & rebooked again, this time I'm aware of your mobile dates glitch on system, just before booking next step, update dates again??? Then got booked, immediately canceled the first booking.. Got message about 48 hours,then now when I try to follow up in told hotel can't reverse payment.. This is utter bulls***t ♂️ I'm beyond angry because its your system fault & it's agoda responsibility to deal with bookings not me You're a bunch of ****mers using AI to deal with clients, I'm escalating this...
