LOST BAGGAGE
I am extremely appalled by the service this airline has provided me. I landed on the 7th of May through Ethiopian Airlines from Tenerife, Spain to Cape Town, South Africa, only to find that they have lost my luggage! They promised that my luggage got mixed with a different flight would be landing the next day however I was never contacted regarding that. I have extremely expensive items in that suitcase which according to their regulations will either not be compensated for or I will be compensated 20$ per kg. I’m sorry but I refuse to accept that!!! 20$ per kg will never account for the contents that are in that suitcase. I contacted them plenty of times and they promised that they were looking for my bag but it has literally been 3 weeks now and they claim it has been lost and sent me a form to sign and fill out my banking details??? Excuse me are we just going to disregard that those are valuable items???? Some of them irreplaceable. Avoid this airline at all costs!! This is absolutely disgusting!!!!

Smokers victamised at CT int airport
Ok where do I start miserable rude abrupt staff, not saying all as there were very pleasant staff, but we not criminals lining up to get our prison clothes, As a smoker it's absolutely disgusting to only have smoking rooms in premier lounges that you have to pay 400 odd rand to enter and yet us smokeing economy fliers are discriminated against expected to sit in parking lounge waiting for a 13 hour flight for upto 4 hours and not have any where to smoke..thats mental abuse ..and causes uneccesarry anxiety and stress. The cost of the food is ludicrous, 40 rands for a simple cheese sandwich, 85 Rands for a chicken mayo how the frik is a south african supposed to afford that

Worst Road lodge ever!
Ordered and Pay for a pizza at reception.. After a hour I go to find out where my food is and it has been delivered to the wrong room.. Completely unexceptable.. Unprofessional staff and very unorgenized. Worst Road lodge I've ever been to.. Would not recommend a stay here at all...
