On April 03 Monday I booked ticket on their website they over charged me R2020. I called and they acknowledged that there is an error on their website they see the amount that is overcharged and they issuing refund I must wait for an email confirmation regarding the refund . On Tuesday I went to their offices to check if refund was processed because no email confirmation was sent, I was helped by a Sotho guy who said refund is issued and it will reflect within 3 business days because they’re using Nedbank and I am also using Nedbank. Still today I haven’t received my money it’s been over 5 business days, I have been calling their office since yesterday no one is picking up, sent an email and I received email telling me to check my bank statement am I dumb to contact them without checking my bank first. I want my money
