Bad service

I purchased a pre owned Harley Davidson from Roc Harley in Alberton. Upon taking delivery of the bike on the 29th of September 2020, it was found the that foot brake wasn't activating the stop light (this after I was assured that the bike goes through an exhaustive mechanical check before I receive it) and there where no registration papers. It is now mid November and still no papers and number plate, of which I paid an extra R3500.00 for. Pretty bad service I would say.
