Shocking insulting service provider

I do not ever remember experiencing such disrespectful and horrible service. I was so shocked to be insulted and screamed at by the owner unprovoked. The owner exploded and shouted at me at the top of his voice with aggressive physical language.

I had come for a fitting of my boot after they had told me they would call in a few days to come and fit. After two weeks they had still not called and when I physically went there they handed me the boot as if it was a finished job. When I checked the work was unfinished and I told them. The lady at the till told me she would call the owner. When the owner arrived he sat in his small and asked what I wanted. When I reminded him he said I must come for a fitting first because I couldn’t take the boot back as it was unfinished, the owner started screaming at me and insulting me non stop telling me not to tell him how to do his job. I was so confused and shocked.

I have heard Rocksole is wonderful at their skill in fixing shoes customers should consider the distress they potentially will experience for this.
