Shocking insulting service provider
I do not ever remember experiencing such disrespectful and horrible service. I was so shocked to be insulted and screamed at by the owner unprovoked. The owner exploded and shouted at me at the top of his voice with aggressive physical language. I had come for a fitting of my boot after they had told me they would call in a few days to come and fit. After two weeks they had still not called and when I physically went there they handed me the boot as if it was a finished job. When I checked the work was unfinished and I told them. The lady at the till told me she would call the owner. When the owner arrived he sat in his small and asked what I wanted. When I reminded him he said I must come for a fitting first because I couldn’t take the boot back as it was unfinished, the owner started screaming at me and insulting me non stop telling me not to tell him how to do his job. I was so confused and shocked. I have heard Rocksole is wonderful at their skill in fixing shoes customers should consider the distress they potentially will experience for this.

Awful service-phone not repaired in 3 months
<p>3 months ago I took my contract phone in for repairs at Vodacom tygervalley. I completed all required paperwork. To this day my phone has not even been touched by the repairs department. I have exhausted all mediums of follow up and complaints from head office, customer relations, the store and repairs. No one has taken accountability or told me where the hold up is. Every time I have physically gone to the store my damaged phone is shown to me as not attended to.</p> <p> </p> <p>Managers have promised to deal with the issue personally after being shocked themselves by the service but to this day not a single manager has gotten back to me or they cannot be found at the store irrespective of the time or day.</p> <p>Hello Peter was my last resort. I am paying for a phone I have had no access to for 3 months!! </p>

Excellent, professional, efficient service
I arrived at Mercedes for a slow puncture and although the issue was not for them to assist Ninian and her team went the extra mile in helping me.
