Rockwell hotel is known for its exceptional service. However that was not the case for me on the 22 December 2019 I received the worst service ever from one of their managers Samo. After calling the hotel numerous times to book a slot for wine tasting session for my friends and I. We finally got a 14:00pm slot. We arrive an hour late, when we get to the hotel we wanted to speak to Samo to explain. The answer he gave us was that he is leaving with a very bad attitude, that my friend had to intervene. Now my question is, "is this how Rockwell managers treat their customers" "Is it because of our skin colour that the guy was rude to us". My understanding for customer service is different from the service received from the Rockwell hotel. You don't tell customers you're leaving while they're unhappy especially while being rude at the same time. I must say I'll NEVER set foot at their hotel ever and I'll be sure not to recommend it to anyone I know especially with my skin colour I guess. As I wouldn't want them to receive the ****ed up service from Samo.
