No electricity due to tragedy Eskom is really failing people at this point! As residents we logged calls with eskom were given ref no's: 1128753485 We have made numerous calls to check when technicians will be sent and there isn’t any tangible information we get. Our biggest concerned is that cables are hanging and will be ******. They send us from pillar to post. A report was launched by law enforcement and SAPS but still no joy comes from Eskom as the issue was caused by an accident. It’s funny that you people act as if you’re doing us a favour whereas we buy electricity just like any other citizens. They don't provide us with time frames non whatsoever. ESkom is just running a ****.
Yesterday I went to King pie in Promenade Mitchells plain. And I when I tell you I received the worst service ever I kid you not. When I got at the store there was queue but I firstly wanted to ask if what I’m looking for they have it at the store. I got a girl named Asenathi I greeted and when I just opened my mouth to ask without even listening to she dismissed me just like that. And when she eventually rep**** she gave the worst attitude ever. King pie needs to take their staff for customer service training as they dealing with people and cannot render such bad service

Beginning of the year in Jan I bought Walkmates school shoes for my thinking it’s a great quality. To my surprise the shoe broke within 3 months of having them, I went to Woolworths promenade mall to return. One lady told when how long did I expect them to last without even checking on them system, yes I didn’t have the receipt but my sister whom bought the shoes had the bank statement to provide the transaction. The lady didn’t want to hear anything from us. Now you can imagine the money we lost by travelling to there and shoes that aren’t good quality. I’ve also sent a complaint to Woolworths complaint department to this day I haven’t received any communication. I thought Woolworths was number 1 in quality.

The last time I spoke with the company they asked that they are waiting on material which was three weeks ago. We have followed the escalation process to date we still have no electricity, we have kids writing exams eskom is not even considering that part. They don't provide us with timeframes non whatsoever. ESkom is just running a ****
I have had the most horrific experience with the company. They don't answer their calls and when you eventually get through an agent via whatsapp, they don't reply. I was speaking to an agent by the name of Amos whom I gave all the required info to check on my account. I waited for hours only to come and inform me due to response he will close the chat. Funny! cause all this time I was waiting for him to get back to me. Previously I had spoken to agents who told me they had escalated my query and to date I never received any reply. Nimble is running a **** I must say
Rockwell hotel is known for its exceptional service. However that was not the case for me on the 22 December 2019 I received the worst service ever from one of their managers Samo. After calling the hotel numerous times to book a slot for wine tasting session for my friends and I. We finally got a 14:00pm slot. We arrive an hour late, when we get to the hotel we wanted to speak to Samo to explain. The answer he gave us was that he is leaving with a very bad attitude, that my friend had to intervene. Now my question is, "is this how Rockwell managers treat their customers" "Is it because of our skin colour that the guy was rude to us". My understanding for customer service is different from the service received from the Rockwell hotel. You don't tell customers you're leaving while they're unhappy especially while being rude at the same time. I must say I'll NEVER set foot at their hotel ever and I'll be sure not to recommend it to anyone I know especially with my skin colour I guess. As I wouldn't want them to receive the ****ed up service from Samo.
Yesterday I went to KFC in Maynard mall. I bought 10 dunked wings served by Cashier 13 Bulelwa. To my surprise when I got home I only found 7 wings instead of 10 dunked wings. I was not really pleased with the service rendered and couldn't bring the order back as I was far away from the shop.
Went to McDonald's in promenade Mitchell's plain was served by crew id 45 Lorna L. She took our orders and went to pour the drink left my drink open the whole time. She then decided to take other orders and when my order finally came she went to take the unattended drink to provide me that was left opened for good 5mins. When I asked about it she had the decency to tell me she had just poured the drink, when I was literally standing right in front of her and decided to give me an attitude. I don't know if maybe that's what McDonald's training contains bad customer service and to mistreat customers. The whole of McDonald's has lost a customer
