Rondo Industrial.....This must be the worse service delivery I have ever came across. I have been trying for 3 days just to buy something. I know what I want and I need it urgently, but apparently when one phones in, it is impossible to check for price and availability during that phone call. You have to send an email with info and then they will answer you in an email. It has been 3 Days now and still no response. How can you do business like this. It is pathetic and I thought getting service from our local municipality was bad......... I was wrong, this is worse.

Rondo Industrial.....This must be the worse service delivery I have ever came across. I have been trying for 3 days just to buy something. <p>After what I experinced this morning at Rondo Industrial I cant help but ask myself what really happened to good customer service. </p> <p>Being a client there today i was told that they have quite bigger clients and who was I by a lady from their finance department. Well is it about grading cients if so what criteria is being used?</p> <p>I only came in to collect our outstanding order after being informed by email that the order was ready for collection, only to get there and wait for more than 30 minutes being told that they were checking for proof of payment. Having the invoice with me that showed the goods collected and those outstanding, then why the need to check for proof of payment?</p> <p>When I approached Hayley to find out what was taking long, she erupted like a volcano and started shouting , screaming at me and went to the extent of banging the desk telling me to vacate the premises. I was treated like a filthy and unworthy client and only for this lady from finance to come through and tell me they have more special and big clients than us. They called some other guy whom they said its the manager. He got there and asked me to come with him outside and to my supprised the police was coming in the gate. he explained to the police that i came to collect my goods, however i was not happy with the service and he said I was loud. the police could not do anything, and seeing that the police can not do anything he then said to me, Sir this is a private place and he is not gonna say anything more but ask me to vacate the premises they will refund us in 3days. The so called manager even refused to give me his email address for us to send them our banking details and said I should send to whoever I was liasing with when making the order. </p> <p>You sent an email telling me my order is ready, came there and you treat me like trash. </p> <p>Terrible customer service.</p> <p>Disgusted</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
