Poor service received from Ronnies Motors - Beacon Bay EL

What a poor service I got from this company I am so dissapointed they couldnt do a simple thing which is to order a replacement key for my car, when the key was finally ordered a wrong one was delivered now I have to wait. Feedback and communication is so poor you are not even updated about a way forward and estimated turn around time, you wait indefinately. I tried containing myself but I cant anymore,

The process started early in September and until today I am still waiting.
