Disappointing service

I recently visited Roti and Chai in Rose bank. While the food itself was good, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor service.

We ordered chips with our meal, which never arrived. When we eventually managed to get the waitress’s attention, she informed us that they had forgotten the chips.

Throughout our visit, we struggled to get assistance — we called the waitress multiple times and were ignored. Unfortunately, the manager was also unresponsive when we tried to raise the issue.

Good food, but the service needs serious improvement.
