I have purchased a tank and a pump in 2024 towards the end of the year but managed to install everything earlier in January 2025. It worked perfectly well since but lately I realized that the pump is loosing pressure and cannot supply the water into the house. I sent them an email and attached my contact details, I stated my challenges but to date there has been no response whatsoever from Rototank. To me that poorest service delivery because they need to respond to my problem and offer solutions
