Disappointing customer service

i called to inquire why i had recieved less stock than what i did the previous time and paid more than i did, the lady got rude and started to shout at me as though i was stupid or aliterate. or maybe she was upset that she is being questioned by a black person because their primary communication is Afrikaans which is fine i don't have a problem with that. but i am a paying client and deserve to be treated with the same respect i give to them.

During her shouting match i never once raised my voice because my intension was not to fight but to understand their packaging so i can plan better because i am running a business and how that charge and they quantity make a big impact on my business. they cannot just give me stock according to how they feel on a particular day.
